Each Friday, review the agendas for City Council and key committee meetings on The City's website and flag anything related to climate actions identified in the Climate Resilience Strategy and Hub campaigns. Post a summary in Slack and/or email the Node leader for urgent items. May be asked to write occasional blog posts asking for members to take action. May require additional research into proposed policies. Attend monthly meetings of the Mobilize Node to keep informed of campaigns.

Qualifications: 

• Good research skills,
• Ability to summarize information clearly,
• Excellent writing skills,
• Familiarity with municipal policies and politics is a plus

Time Commitment:
1-3 hrs/wk depending on municipal activity
