Saturday November 12th is an International Day of Action to call for greater efforts in the fight against the climate crisis, to urge governments to cut greenhouse gas emissions and shift to a low-carbon economy.

Occurring at the mid-point of COP27, similar rallies and events will be happening around the planet, focusing on an end to fossil fuel expansion and for help for the poor and vulnerable who are most affected by the climate crisis.

In Calgary, the Climate Hub and a large group of allied organisations are staging a rally outside City Hall, and hosting a friendly game of 'Climate Volleyball'. We invite all climate-concerned Calgarians to join us on the day to show your support, listen to our speakers and show the world that we are sick of our leaders playing games with our climate.

Schedule:
Setup-11:30
Speakers and Volleyball start: 12 noon
