Ani Mitsunaga

Administrative Assistant

Ani Mitsunaga (they/them) is passionate about all things climate justice, circular economy, and environmental stewardship.

As a member of the Climate Justice Collective, they believe that promoting climate justice in Calgary begins with community engagement and empowerment. They mean to motivate Calgarians to imagine a more just, equitable, and sustainable future outside of the monolithic narrative of Alberta as defined by violent, colonial, and extractive industry.

With their free time, you can find them exploring Calgary’s green and third spaces. They also find joy in film photography, experimenting with linocut printmaking, and bouldering.
