Leaders Lunch – The City Budget

How much do you know about our city's budget? How the city spends its money has one of the biggest impacts on our day to day lives, yet how well do we understand what is included in the municipal budget, how the decisions are made or even where the money comes from? The City of Calgary will be coming out with its proposed budget on November 19^th. This leader's lunch will focus on understanding the city's budget, looking at it in general, but also what this specific budget will mean. 

As always with these lunches, we will also focus on building connections and relationships. Around 1:30, after the lunch, anyone interested can stay and join into conversation about if and how we might respond to the city's proposed budget.
