Annual General Meeting 2024 - Rescheduled virtual event

Pursuant to section 5.4 of the Bylaws, we have rescheduled our AGM to take place on Monday April 29th at 7pm. At this subsequent virtual AGM, members present will constitute quorum.

Join Members, Staff and Board of the Calgary Climate Hub for our 2024 AGM via Zoom. 

Official proceedings will include:

• Report from the Co-Chair & Director
• Review of audited Financial statements
• Election of new Board Members

Please note: You must be a member in good standing in order to vote. Hub Memberships run from May 1st to April 30th. As per our bylaws, new membership purchases are currently on hold until the membership period renews on May 1st. Non-members are very welcome to attend.
