If you think budgets are boring, think again. Budgets are where we discover what we truly value as a community. What services are cut, and which programs are kept? Do we spend money on building roads and pipes to new suburbs, or do we invest in transit-oriented development? It's exciting times at City Hall as Council prepares to adjust the budget in November.
