The winter season is an important time to come together over warm meals, community learnings, and budding connections.

 

Presented by the Alex Community Food Centre, Land of Dreams, Calgary Horticultural Society, and Calgary Climate Hub, join us for a community potluck and winter seed sowing workshop that will get you ready for the growing season ahead.

Attendees will learn about Shovels in the Ground, a new Calgary Climate Hub program that offers funding to support community nature-based solutions projects this spring! Have a project in mind? Come chat and learn more about bringing this idea to life!

Please bring a food dish to share. If you wish to participate in the seed sowing workshop, please bring washed, unsquished 4L milk jugs.
