Join Niitsitapi Water Protectors on Saturday March 27th for a peaceful (socially distanced) walk to protect the Eastern Slopes from open-pit coal mining!
We will begin our walk at 1pm at Reconciliation Bridge in Mohkinstsis, Treaty 7 (Calgary).
The Alberta and Federal governments are not listening! Stand in solidarity with Niitsitapi Water Protectors as we fight for clean drinking water, Indigenous Rights and land protection. The Eastern Slopes are sacred to many and as treaty people it is our shared responsibility to protect the land & water from molestation at the hands of foreign mining companies.
