Ekager Rahil
2025 Tree Equity Ambassador
Ekager Rahil (she/her) is a recent graduate from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She shares a passion for ecology, sustainability and the human body.
Ekager loves to go on hikes in the mountains and enjoy the many walk pathways and parks the city has to offer, Being born and raised in NE Calgary, she has always wondered why the NE doesn't have many trees/forests compared to other parts of the city. Trees and forests are vital for climate change mitigation and our health. She is ready to address this inequality and help develop more Miyawaki Forests!
