Born and raised in Calgary, Rita cares deeply about the health and sustainability of her community. She brings a legal background to the Board, having worked in a variety of legal fields including advocating for First Nations to protect their traditional territories and their deep and spiritual connection to the land.

Rita believes working to improve the health of the planet and its inhabitants is more important now than ever and is thrilled to be joining the Board  of the Hub - the best antidote to worrying about our world is to take action to make it better.
