We'll have special guests from the City of Calgary Waste & Recycling Services, to discuss the main impacts that the holiday season has on our environment as well as tips and tricks on how to reduce them. Plastic-Free YYC will also join us to share some great ideas in the areas of gift-giving and wrapping. If you want to learn how to host, cook and be merry whilst still being eco-friendly – we’ll also have a self-taught chef and passionate supporter of eating seasonally, sustainably and locally!
