Join acclaimed filmmaker and author David Moskowitz on his journey to find the few remaining mountain caribou in southwestern B.C.

About this Event

We invite you to gather with us at Patagonia Calgary for a screening of 'Last Stand: Vanishing Caribou Rainforest' as it takes us on a cinematic journey into the threatened world of endangered mountain caribou, whose home is the world's largest remaining inland temperate rainforest.

A talk with the filmmaker David Moskowitz and Yellowstone to Yukon's conservation scientist Dr. Aerin Jacob will follow the screening.

You'll also meet some of our Y2Y team and learn more about our work to:

  • Safeguard mountain caribou and other iconic species;
  • Protect precious landscapes including the Hart Ranges and its treasured inland rainforests, and
  • Buffer the impacts of climate change through large landscape conservation.

Proceeds from your ticket donation will help support Y2Y's efforts to help caribou and other iconic species.

A minimum $1 donation is required by Eventbrite. One donation secures one ticket. Thank you for your support.
