Greetings Calgary Climate Hub members!

I'm very happy to invite you to our first ever 'Hub and Spokes' experience, which is kind of like a co-created, climate-focused, Jane’s Walk on wheels. It also happens to be a *fun* bike (or other) ride out and about in the downtown area with your fellow Hub members! 

Experience first hand the real value in a city’s active transportation network, learn about barriers and challenges to these systems (both physical and political) as well as how to describe its importance to friends, voters and city council members.  

Hub and Spokes takes place on Saturday July 24th from 10am in Mission (we start in the park immediately south of Holy Cross on 24th Ave sw between 2nd and 1st street sw, William Aberhart Park) and goes to about 1230pm at Jordan Stein’s new backyard coffee shop in Inglewood. (non-bikers are welcome to join us there for the wrap-up and a hangout!)
